In August 2017, their recipe will be judged by the Eat Local team at HQ, and if one of the eight national winners they will be invited to take part in the exciting cook-off final at the Cadac stand, NFOL at 4.30 on Saturday 26th August 2017. The overall winner will be presented with a Club Cook of the Year Trophy and a fantastic patio barbecue. The winning recipe will also be published in the Eat Local pages of the magazine.
