* Remember - there must be at least 2 fresh veggies. I've highlighted them in the recipes in green

* For dishes including rice, you can use half a packet of pre-cooked rice instead. Add the rice 3 minutes before the end of cooking time, and reduce the amount of liquid by ¼ mug.

Stir-fried Pork


1 tbs cooking oil

100g Diced Pork

1 small onion, sliced

1 small carrot, roughly grated or julienne’d

80g Bean sprouts

1/3 mug water

1 block ramen noodles (instant noodles)

Heat the oil and brown the pork for 5-8 mins until golden. Tip in the onion and carrot and cook for 3-4 mins until soft. Then add the bean sprouts, water, noodles and flavouring powder. Bring back to the boil and cook for 5 mins more until noodles are soft, stirring occasionally.
