Day paddles on the Saturday and Sunday could include the Slough Arm of the Grand Union Canal, The Jubilee River, or an out-and-back on the Thames. Saturday evening is the Royal Windsor Racecourse fireworks – we will paddle up river and enjoy the spectacle from our riverine seats. Some indoor accommodation is available in Windsor Sea Cadet Unit – campbed/rollmat and sleeping bag required, with ample overnight parking for campervans.

Waterways licences are needed for the Thames and for the canal, (all covered if you have your British Canoeing membership card.)

The caravansite is a couple of miles away at Queens Acre, and needs to be booked in advance via Pauline.
